Application: Open link chains are also called studless link chains. In China, the grade U3 open link chain also called BM3 open link chain. Compared with stud link anchor chains, the open link chains have the features of less weight, being suitable for larger shackles without end links and the avoidance of stud loosing problems. It should be noted that the open link chains with lower strength compared with stud link anchor chains under same diameter condition.
